    Mind :A good tonic for the nerves, especially when feeling fragile. A good study aid as it sharpens the senses and encourages concentration. Has an uplifting effect on depression.
    Body :First rate with headaches and migraine. Could reduce allergies related to stress. Relieves sinus congestion, asthma, bronchitis & emphysema.
