What payment methods do we accept?

We accept PayPal Instant Easy, Secure we also accept All Major Credit/Debit Card which can be taken Over the Phone Securely, Postal Orders, Cheques accepted by prior arrangement.
 

PAYPAL IS OUR PREFERED METHOD OF PAYMENT.  Checkout with PAYPAL is a fast, safe and easy way to pay on our website.  Simply select Checkout with PayPal, and you will be directed to login to your PayPal account to verify payment methods and delivery information.

 

Order Process

 

How do I view a product?

You can add a product to your basket with one click from any product thumbnail, or from the product page. Change quantities on the basket page. Want to remove an item.  Remove the item from the basket page by checking 'Remove' and then 'Update'.

 

How do I purchase my items?

If you've found everything you're looking for then now is the time to head on over to our checkout. Our basket page will calculate an estimated shipping cost so you get an idea of the overall cost. We will ask you to register to checkout – but don't worry, your details will be completely safe. Add a delivery address, choose how you want your order to be delivered, check over your order and select any options (like using our free delivery code or using a discount code!) before completing your payment details and submitting your order. If you do make any changes to your order at any stage, remember to press update before moving on. After completion, you will receive a confirmation e-mail just for peace of mind. It really is that simple.

How and when can I use my Voucher Codes, Free Postage & Packaging Code and Discount Code?

Only one voucher code or free postage & packaging code or discount code can be redeemed per order.

 

• Voucher code or free postage & packaging code or discount code must be entered at the check-out page when placing your order and cannot be retrospectively applied.

• Voucher code or free postage & packaging code or discount code cannot be exchanged for cash should you return your order.

• Voucher code or free postage & packaging code or discount code  cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

• Voucher code or free postage & packaging code or discount code can only be used once and within the time period stated.

 

We reserve the right to withdraw special offers, cancel and refund orders at any time at our sole discretion.

 

Delivery

In how many days will goods be dispatched?

Usually goods will be dispatched within 3 days, unless they are Personalised and Made to Order items which will be the time agreed by both parties before being dispatched.

 

Returns

 

When can I return goods?

• Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

• If you change your mind about your purchase then you are welcome to return it, unused and unopened, within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the items purchase price (not including postage costs or voucher codes, free postage & packaging and discounts).

• Please get in touch before returning any item, as many problems can be rectified via email / telephone. Any item that is returned within 14 days of receipt as faulty will be tested and if found to be faulty a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be supplied. If however the item is found to not be faulty, then we'll send it back to you and a return carriage fee will be payable.
